Circumstances have dictated that I can no longer maintain the main body of the Star Wars Index. It's a voluntary decision that I make, to remove it from this website. I am undergoing a major change in career and location that, quite simply, strips away the time needed to give this site the attention it deserves. And to keep a half-completed (not even!) encyclopedic site online, gathering dust, is little more than a disservice to my name and to my original intentions for the Index. That being said, my groundwork for this site will not go unused. Few realize just how much information I've compiled -- the online version of the Index was just the proverbial tip of the iceberg. I will continue to update and write the text-only word processor version of the Index, which is far larger than what has ever been posted here. I know that does little to console the regular reader or visitor, but I can at least assure you that I'm not giving up the task of doing the impossible -- Indexing the entire expanded universe. My gallery and Indexed A New Hope section will remain here, as long as echostation.com will have them. I will not be able to update them, but I think they're pretty complete in their current forms.  My e-mail address, as posted on this website, is no longer valid.
