Laundry Switch
Han jumps behind the controls of the Falcon, worries if the old man got the tractor beam out of commission (again), and as the camera cuts from a front shot to a profile, his shirt changes from the normal faded yellow (inset) to a bright white.

Fidgety Wookiee
As the Falcon departs from the Death Star, and Han switches shirts (see above) Chewie has his bandoleer on. The next shot, he has taken it off. No big deal. Could’ve happened while the camera showed the Falcon. Then, as Leia runs up to the cockpit, Chewie has put it on again. No blooper, just one fidgety Wookiee.

TIE colors
Right after the shot of the Falcon’s lights dimming, it cuts to two quick shots from behind the gunners, pursuing TIEs. Watch carefully. Han’s TIE is distinctly green, and Luke’s TIE is distinctly blue.
Close, but no cigar
There’s a classic shot used twice during the gunport sequence. It’s of a TIE fighter streaking right at and over the camera, as the Falcon’s lasers streak in between its wings. It’s the shot right after Han blows up the really explosive final TIE fighter. If you watch the shots carefully, three actually knick the TIE’s hull and wingstruts.
Shooting (at) Blanks
During the gunport sequence, see if you can spot the two shots where there are no special effects in place. The camera is behind Luke or Han, and outside the viewport is black. Also watch the guns. They may be pumping, but no lasers flash.
Threepio, Where Are You?
The shot of Threepio writhing about in the cables, blaming Artoo for everything, does not appear in the script. Correction: it does not appear in the script at this point in the story. The same basic thing is supposed to occur at the beginning of the film, in the blockade runner. I suspect that this shot was filmed for the blockade runner, but placed here instead. There is nothing distinctively Falcon about the set, and the reaction shot of Artoo is reused Death Star footage (the lights I tells ya, the lights!)
